Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 21, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how No-Code Venture ("we", "our", or "us") treats information in connection with our mobile applications, including SwipeSmile (the "Apps"). This policy applies to all our mobile applications that link to it.
2. What we do not collect from the Apps
We do not collect your photos, videos, or other media from your device for storage or processing on our servers. We do not use third-party in-app analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling based on how you use app features (such as reviewing your library). We do not sell personal data for marketing, and we do not maintain user accounts on our systems for these Apps that store personal data in the way typical social or cloud-photo apps do. Product analytics in the sense of tracking your in-app screen-by-screen activity for marketing is not something we run against your media or library usage.
3. Subscriptions and Apple server notifications
If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple handles payment. Apple may send our servers App Store Server Notifications (HTTP webhooks) with events related to your subscription—for example renewals, cancellations, refunds, or billing issues. We process this information only to operate subscriptions and entitlements (for example to know whether your subscription is active and to unlock subscription features accordingly). This is server-to-server billing data from Apple, not a live analytics feed of how you use the app, and it does not include your photo or video content. Apple’s handling of purchase data is described in Apple’s privacy materials, which also apply when you use the App Store.
4. Processing on your device
The Apps work on your device. Features that use your photo library, camera, or other permissions process your media locally. We do not receive copies of your photos, videos, or other files for storage or processing on our servers.
5. Third-party websites
The Apps or our website may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, app stores or support pages). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. If you open an external link, the privacy practices of that site or service govern your use there.
6. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly use app features described in this policy to collect personal information from children. In-app purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple’s account rules and parental controls. If you believe we have received information about a child in error, please contact us.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
