Terms of Service — SwipeSmile
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply only to SwipeSmile (iOS: com.nocodeventure.swipecleaner;
Android: com.nocodeventure.swipesmile), published by No Code Venture (“we”, “us”, “our”). By
installing or using SwipeSmile, you agree to these Terms.
1. Privacy policy and Apple EULA
Our Privacy Policy explains how SwipeSmile handles information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you downloaded SwipeSmile from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA on a matter covered by Apple’s agreement, the Apple Standard EULA controls for that matter. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and describe SwipeSmile-specific rules.
If you downloaded SwipeSmile from Google Play, your purchase and use may also be subject to Google Play’s terms and policies.
2. Eligibility and age
SwipeSmile is not directed at children. You may use the app only if you are old enough to form a binding contract with us and, where the law requires it, to consent to online services in your country (in many places, at least 13; in the European Economic Area, often 16, unless your country allows a lower age with parental consent).
If you do not meet that age, you may use SwipeSmile only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use. Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their account rules, store age ratings, and parental controls.
See our Privacy Policy for how we treat information relating to children.
3. No user accounts
SwipeSmile does not require you to create an account with us. We do not provide a username-and-password login for this app. Support is available by email as described in the Contact section.
4. The app and your content
SwipeSmile helps you review and clean up photos, videos, contacts, and documents you choose on your device. Processing is designed to happen on your device; we do not upload your photo library, videos, contacts, or document files to our servers for storage. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for your decisions to keep, delete, merge, or permanently remove items. Deletions may use system prompts (for example, the Photos app). Items in the in-app Bin may be restored until you permanently delete them. We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from your actions in the app. Maintain your own backups (for example, iCloud Photos or device backups) if you need recovery options outside the app.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
On iPhone, a weekly subscription, an annual subscription, or the one-time Lifetime purchase unlocks the same paid features: further gallery months beyond the free month, further duplicate sets, further contact duplicate sets, and further document duplicate sets. Without a purchase, one gallery month, one duplicate set (photo or video), one contact duplicate set, and one document duplicate set stay available. Prices, length, and renewal terms are shown in the app before you buy. Lifetime is paid once and does not renew.
Apple App Store: Payments are processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Restore purchases is available in the app where offered. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we do not process App Store refunds directly.
Google Play: Payments are processed by Google. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play’s terms and your Google account settings.
We do not receive your payment card details from Apple or Google.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SwipeSmile in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law allows
- Interfere with the app’s operation or circumvent subscription or license checks
- Use the app to distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity
7. Intellectual property
SwipeSmile, its design, and our branding are owned by No Code Venture or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your photos, videos, contacts, and documents. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service names.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SwipeSmile is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that cleanup or duplicate detection will find every item you consider a duplicate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Code Venture and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of SwipeSmile. Our total liability for claims relating to SwipeSmile will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for SwipeSmile in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
9. Changes, governing law, and disputes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms at https://swipesmile.app/terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country where mandatory law allows.
If you are an EU consumer and have a complaint about SwipeSmile, please contact us first at info@swipesmile.app. You may also use certified out-of-court dispute resolution bodies available in your country. For general information on consumer redress in the EU, see the European Commission’s Consumer Redress in the EU page.
